Privacy notice
This website is published by Meddent Innovative Concepts, Agoura Hills, California. It is a static website: its pages are files delivered as they are, and the site itself runs no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and sets no cookies of its own.
What is collected automatically
Server logs. The hosting provider that delivers the pages may keep standard server logs — the IP address of the request, the page requested, the time, the browser identification string and the referring page — for security and operation of the service, under its own retention rules. The publisher does not use these logs to identify visitors.
Web fonts. Typefaces are served by Adobe Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Adobe's servers, and Adobe receives the request data that any web request carries. Adobe's handling of that data is described in its own Adobe Fonts privacy notice.
No other third-party scripts, pixels, embeds or fonts are loaded.
What you may choose to send
The contact page has three forms: to be notified of development updates, to describe a clinical scenario, and to register interest in a future evaluation. Each asks for an email address and, where relevant, a name, a professional role and a free-text message, and each requires a consent checkbox. Information you submit is used only for the purpose stated on that form — to reply to you and, if you asked for updates, to send them — and is not sold, rented or shared with third parties for their own purposes. You can ask at any time to be removed by replying to any message from us. Please do not include information that identifies a patient in a scenario description.
A submission is transmitted as one email to the publisher through Resend, a transactional email service (Resend, Inc.), whose handling of message data is described in its privacy policy. The publisher keeps the email for as long as the correspondence is active and deletes it on request.

Links to public registries, journals, companies and other sites lead to services with their own privacy practices, over which the publisher has no control.
Children
This website is intended for licensed professionals and is not directed to children.
